The live wallpaper feature requires the use of 3D touch. Only devices newer than the 6S have this feature, but other iPhone and iPad, iPod models, etc. are unable to use the Live wallpaper feature on the lock screen.

Support : 6s, 6s Plus, 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus, X
Not support : 5SE, 5s, 6, 6 Plus, iPad, etc.

1. Connect the device to your PC and then start iTunes.

2. Select the App menu, scroll down and go to ‘iTunes file share’

3. Select ‘intoLive App’ on iTunes File Share
4. Add gif/video files by dragging & dropping, or using the upload button

Unfortunately, when you set a lock screen using Live Photos, it does not emit a sound. The lock screen feature can only be managed by iOS. Thus, a sound feature for the iPhone lock screen cannot be implemented. We hope Apple will support this option in the future.
If you want to upload Live Photos to Facebook group and business pages, please use the Facebook app (blue), not the Facebook Page app (orange). When uploading is complete, it will appear as a still image, but it will be Live a few minutes later. (7 - 10 minutes) Facebook needs time for uploading Live Photos to their servers. Just wait a short time, and there should be no problem.

By the way, if your business page has been added to Business Manager (Facebook's advertising platform) you will not be able to add it to the personal profile, and you won’t be able to see your business page on the Facebook blue app. In this case, you can't upload Live Photos to your FB Page because Facebook does not have any feature developed regarding this function.
The Live Photo format expands the photo area by about 8% when played. What is your original video size? When you add text to the frame it's good to place the text about 10% away from the edge of the original video or photo. If your video width is 1000px for example, try adding text 100px away from the edge.
Unfortunately Android does not currently support Live Photos, so we have no plans for developing an Android version of intoLive.
